I bought these on a whim for a relay for life race we were doing. We live in Seattle and the weather is always iffy, so I go these and what do you know?!? It rained. Everyone who got one was thrilled. We will be ordering from Windy City AGAIN and AGAIN.

Arrived promptly and consistent with online listing. Was bought as a gift for a friend to replace a similar item. The only "con" is the slight discomfort owing to the metal support pieces; probably more durable than plastic, but a bit sharp.

Fun hat at a very reasonable price. Bought them for a golf outing. Can't hold an umbrella while you swing so this was the ticket plus it was great fun. The white band looks a little funny but if you but a baseball cap on 1st it helps.
