Here are the instructions on the back of the packaging:
1. Use any good FM radio, turn the radio ON and face the radio towards you. Adjust the volume to a LOW LEVEL.
2. Place the microphone near to the radio and press the talk button. Hold the microphone 2 inches from your mouth and speak in a normal voice while tuning your FM radio back and forth aceoss the 100 mark on the tuning dial.
3. After the FM radio is tuned to the microphone move 5 feet away from the radio and speak into the microphone while someone carefully tunes the radio to its best reception. When useing the microphone at a distance of 10 feet or more from the radio it may be necessary to increase the radio volume and carefully tune the radio again for the best reception.
4. For best results, stand 5- 10 feet away from the radio with the antenna pointed toward the radio.
