I bought over $200 worth of prizes from Windy City for a holiday carnival for kids for a nonprofit. I have bought from Windy City a few times before and have always been satisfied. These plush guitars are the only product I have ever been dissatisfied with. It was too small and over priced fpr what it is. This will not discourage me from shopping at Windy City in the future.
