    I needed a rainbow colored item for an Installation of officers theme. I also needed an item that would stay within budget. I searched the internet and found the Windy City link. I was concerned about what the actual product would look like and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and look. It was perfect and the women enjoyed receiving the flower wind spinner.

        These spinners are reasonably priced, well made and seem to hold up well. Kids love them and several neighbors have given us positive comments and have asked where we bought them. My wife teaches and the kids get a real kick out of watching them at school. We also have them in our front and back yard.
