Our Wizard of Oz Shoe Cover slip over your own shoes and fit most adult women's shoe sizes up to a size 6.5. Shoe cover has elastic strap on the bottom to go around the underside of your shoe, to help hold shoe cover in place, and velcro closure in the back near the heel.
