I ordered a dozen for my sons party. 4 of them would not blow up. I contacted windy city and they sent more out immediately. Some of the guitars deflated during the party, but the kids LOVED them.

11 out of the 12 guitars were great. One had a giant hole in it! Otherwise they were bigger than expected and colorful.

Product was great, just not enough of it

Service and delivery comments:

The product, price, delivery time, and customer service was all very good. The only problem was that my order was not complete. Unfortunately, I was counting on this order for a last minute wedding and when it came, the shipping receipt had the correct order, but the box was missing a dozen inflatable guitars. Customer service offered to send them out but it would have been too late. Again, everything else was great. Going forward, I'll most likely either try to order earlier when possible or have a backup plan.
