I have been trying to find the real ones that used to buzz your hand! These are more novelty buzzers, oh well.

You definitely want to hold out for the metal version. It looks nice, but when you try to use it, its just not the same. I wondered how it would work since it was cheaper and now I know. I guess they all can't be winners.
