The leis will be used as handouts to attendees at our 22nd annual Hawaii Luau which is presented by Hawaiian students attend the University of Northern Colorado. They are colorful and fit the purpose as freebies. On arrival, due to being squished together, they were crunched and we hung them and gently brushed with our hands to try to get them to fluff out.
