        I needed a bulk quantity of these coins to fill up a trasure chest for my grandson who is currently bouncing between Batman-pirates-Transformers-Toy Story-Lego-and whatever. His birthday party shortly after Christmas will be a pirate theme. My brother and I had a treasure chest full of metal coins that we buried outside in mounds of dirt back in the late 50's so I wanted one for the grandson. I bought ten gross (1440) coins which only fills it 1/3 full but my daughter won't let me order more. Other places have slightly cheaper coins but they don't have a man's profile on them like a real coin does (even though it's on both sides!).

              In mini flower pots with candy in them. Topped that with a coin. Banquet theme was "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" and these " pots of gold" were used as favors!
