Q:
Would you recommend these child size hats for 8-9 year old children in 3rd grade? Or are these geared to toddlers/preschoolers? You say this circumference is 22 1/2 inches yet the adult hat says it is a 23 inch circumference, not much difference. Please advise.

I searched high and low for children's sized sailor hats for a sailboat-themed party. These hats were the only kid-sized hats I could find in bulk. I was disappointed in them, the material is extremely cheap (almost see through), and the brims are dirty looking due to the cheap material inside. If you can find others, avoid these. [...]
