I used these for my daughter's 13th birthday party fiesta and the kids loved them. Windy City delivered my order fast and in great shape. The hats were excellent. I would definitely use Windy City again.

I bought the sombreros for guests to wear during a surprise birthday party for my husband in a Mexican Restaurant. The guests were impressed with the quality and styling of the sombreros and wore them all night long in celebration. Several other guests in the restuarant asked me where they could purchase the hats and the restaurant employees were amazed at the fine quality at such a low price and asked me if they could keep the extras!
