    will these be loud enough to be heard at a golfing event? ex: blow if team gets a par!! Or.... would cheaper plastic ones work just as well?

      Golf seems to be a pretty quiet event so I imagine that whistles will be able to be heard.

                    Since these were so inexpensive, I was expecting a metal whistle that could easily bend and would break easily, but for the price and one-time use, I figured it was worth it. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a well constructed, sturdy whistle!
