      As camp counselors to girls at a summer camp, we gave these as gifts to the girls in our cabin. Out of the 24 spray fans that we ordered (two boxes of 12), only 18 of them worked, and 6 were completely worthless/broken when we opened them. We put brand new batteries in all of them, straightened out the foam fan blades and tried all sorts of different things, but the fans just would not work on those 6. The other 18 worked well for only costing [$], but several of our girls did not get a working fan, which was disappointing to them and us.
