Comments about Economy Rain Poncho:

We use these for our outdoor science school students when the weather goes bad. They are waterproof, hooded, and come in individual packages within the pack of 12. I have not found another place that sells emergency ponchos for as low a price. If you are buying in bulk, these are the way to go. Ofcourse they are flimsy for the price, but they work for our purposes.
