Comments about 14" Blue Latex White Mazel Tov Balloons:

We used these balloons for my son's bar mitzvah, and they were perfect! They worked great as decorations for the party, and they doubled as props for pictures and party games. They lasted a long time inflated, so the following day we used them to decorate around the house for a brunch with the out-of-town guests.

I would definitely recommend them for occassions like this.
