Flashing State of Texas. Three L.e.d.s, (1 Red, 1 White, 1 Blue). Includes batteries. Please order in increments of 1 dozen pieces. Please Note: These Blinking items do NOT have magnets. They use a tie pin device with a butterfly clip to adhere the blinky. This pin will create a small hole in the garment you attach it to.
