I gave this to a friend as a gift. She used it on Memorial Day and had the multicolor selected for the glass. She received many compliments on her glass and she was the hit of the party. The colors are very bright and cheerful. The quality is good but I wish the acrylic glass was a little more durable. Yes, I would recommend this glass to a friend and I definitely am ordering more for evening parties. For an outside party during the day the lights don't show off on a bright sunny day. The glass has to be used in the evening outside or in the house at anytime of the day.
