Sold these for first time at our 4th of july booth to support rotary. I did sell out and they were popular. They are not super great top quality, but they are fun. for the price, I was pleased. kids and adults loved them...and the jester hats went even faster.

We had a "red, white, blue" event and it was hit. The only complaints were that they are made in China not US and the switch broke on one of 2 hats on the first try to use it and was disappointing as a result. Otherwise, they were perfect.
