Each Mardi Gras hat comes individually poly bagged, is sold by the piece with batteries included and installed.  Please order in increments of 1 piece.

        These are quite nice. We've bought a dozen or so. Some have been a bit shoddy in construction, and balls come loose. A few are dim right out of the bag. Even the frequency of the blinking varies between hats. But mostly they are really nice, and quite popular at the parties we host. The size is quite variable, but in general they run from medium to x-large. All of the ones we have would be too big for young children.

            got this for my son to wear at his 4th medieval themed party - he really wanted to be a dragon. The hat is fun and easy to use, but more like a jester than dragon, which is what i'm sure all our guests will think. he likes it so that what's most important.
