LIGHT UP DRINK COASTER Description

Add a light show to your table with our Light Up Drink Coaster. Finally, a cool way to find your drinks. This Coaster is shaped like a bottle cap with a clear top. Within are 3 High Powered L.E.D.s: 1 RED, 1 BLUE, 1 GREEN. The 3 L.E.D.S BLINK on and off randomly in 8 different light show modes, giving a fabulous light show. The lights are activated by an on/off switch located on the side of the coaster. A great add on to decorate your table or bar. Individually boxed. Requires 3 AAA batteries, NOT INCLUDED. Please order in increments of individual pieces.

  I just received an order and they have changed the switch location and mode operation.
  They now have 9 modes of operation:
  7 constant on (red, blue, green, then 4 combinations)
  1 slow rotation
  1, what I consider, medium rotation

used them inside jeweled candle holders on top of cocktail tables.... it was a amazing glimmer of color.... and was safe... and lasted the whole party....4-11 7 hours... amazing... loved them!

We purchased these coasters to add alittle night-life feel to our basement parties, and I'll tell you....they were a HIT...everyone loved using them, but I had to let them know that they weren't just fancy lights on the bar...once I placed their drinks on the coasters, they lit up as much as the lights themselves...and I mean that in both meanings of the word.

I saw this at a top restaurant this fall and found them at Windy City Novelties for a great price. Definitely something for a festive occasion. Glasses look great on these coasters. Had one of the 25 not rotate through the various color combos but I can live with the colors that do show up.

Battery contacts come loose.
Sweat gets into LEDs.
Improvements have been made on them though.
I notice the price has gone up since Thanksgiving (note date of this review) not counting Black Friday discount. I guess Christmas and New Years is the time to raise prices;) to recover Black Friday loses.

This drink coaster is great fully charged. It has multiple light settings with red, green, blue and all combinations. You add your own AAA batteries and the coaster lasts a pretty long time. Sometimes after going hours on end, some coasters may not work even if you switch the batteries. Maybe I'm not doing something right. But for the many long hours of use I get with the good ones, it's definitely worth it.
