The caps were about what I expected for such a cheap price but having seen reviews that said they were too small I was prepared to slit them in the back and put in some elastic. Much to my surprise when I tried one on it came down over my ears. I gave one to my husband to try on and we looked like a pair of Clem Kadiddlehoppers. I'm still prepared to slit the back band but I'll have to move the band over about 3/4 inch and either sew or staple it. They're just what I wanted except for that.

Exactly what we needed Review by Very, very plea

My daughter need a green sparkly hat for a musical she was in. She was in Oz and need to be an Emerald City person. This was exactly what we needed. The price was right and the delivery time was perfect. Since we are Packer Fans, she can use it for Packer parties as well. The only downfall is the brim ripped from the hat. With a little super glue it is as good as new.

Cool occasional Hat Review by 2x10

Hat was cool, but was VERY SMALL. Size made more for children or adults with VERY SMALL heads!
