I am on a Committee called ""Fools in the Alley"" it is a celebration every 11 years when April Fools Day falls on the Monday after Easter. It is a time when the community can get out and have some fun. I ordered these hats for the Committee as they go along with the overall theme. They liked them so much I am ordering more. Thanks!
