These swords actually did not have the colored handle...which was great! The were a gold/brown color and looked more authentic!! Very nice!, 07/30/13
Great for pirate birthday party
This product was great for our son's birthday party who was turning 8. I was looking for foam swords originally since we had 8 year olds and younger at our party; I didn't want to risk someone getting hurt. These plastic swords were a great accessory for the pirate theme. They are sturdy enough to last but not sharp enough to hurt anyone. I still have a few left over that my sons play with at, 07/28/11
