A HAT YES BUT A BIG HIT!
We have a Resort, fishing tackle shop and fishing guide service. I bought the umbrella hats to sell in our tackle shop. People have bought them to wear while fishing. They love them and especially the kids. While fishing it keeps the rain or sun out of their face. I use mine while working outside. It is just great. I will soon have to buy more. Good quality, great for sun or rain
I got an umbrella hat 20 years ago as a gag gift from the dollar store. I still have it, and it works great when you need your hands free during a sudden rainstorm. Happy to find these which are the same construction and colors. Inexpensive enough to hand out to friends, but sturdy enough to last. They get more ccomfortable over time as the elastic stretches to fit, or wear them over a cap., 06/18/13

Umbrella Hat
I ordered 6 of these and used 2 for gifts. The kids LOVED them!! They are too small for adults and older teens though. I used 2 for a craft project and they were the perfect size., 06/07/13
I like it for sun or rain.
I like this product because it can be used for shade on sunny days at the fair or park, or rainy days. It also leaves my hands free for other things., 10/27/12

Arrived promptly and consistent with online listing. Was bought as a gift for a friend to replace a similar item. The only ""con"" is the slight discomfort owing to the metal support pieces; probably more durable than plastic, but a bit sharp., 08/12/12
