These were so fun
We used these as part of our ""Grinch that stole Christmas"" party. They were a huge hit and helped brighten the party mood and atmosphere. They are pretty good quality and we will definately be using them again and again for other parties., 01/08/11

Windy City helps me accomplish tasks with great joy and little effort, while keeping the prices very reasonable. Their website is categorized and easy to use; same for their catalogue.
