best used as decoration not to be worn
These are a bit light weight to be used as a hat but make really nice decorations and can then be re-used, 10/29/13

Tyrolean Green Velour Hat
These hats are great -- can also be used for St. Pat's parties just remove the feather and put a different band around it. Great deliver time. Great to wear, table decoration, etc., 09/30/12

Great for Oktoberfest and Activities!
I have bought these hats a few times. I work in an Assisted Living Facility and we make sure every resident and staff member has one for Oktoberfest. Often residents like to keep them so slowly they dwindle and I repurchase. They are durable to save and reuse year to year. The ropes often pull off of the hat but can easily be stapled or glued back on. If not for that I would give these hats a, 10/26/11
