Good bang for your buck!
I purchased three of these kits for my upcoming New Year's Eve Wedding. After reading some negative reviews of this site I was a bit skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving these kits. Obviously the quality is not the greatest but for the price and the volume you really can't go wrong. For New Year's Eve crowns, hats, horns and streamers that many will be throwing away these kit, 07/28/12
