  pretty good, lasts a long time
The balloons, when blown are not as bright colored as on the picture (they are paler), but still can be classified neon. And they do blow up to 13"" and after 2 weeks, have not lost ANY air! I only blew up 8 so far so do not know if I had any bad ones in the bunch. If ever I use all these up, I would buy again!, 05/17/14
