These rain ponchos came in very handy at our town festival, and kept people from leaving when the afternoon rain shower came. Inexpensive and served the purpose perfectly.

We use these for our outdoor science school students when the weather goes bad. They are waterproof, hooded, and come in individual packages within the pack of 12. I have not found another place that sells emergency ponchos for as low a price. If you are buying in bulk, these are the way to go. Ofcourse they are flimsy for the price, but they work for our purposes.
