This is exactly what it says it is. Simple and fun-easy to use in order to coordinate with any party theme! I don't agree with the reviews that it looks cheap and flimsy. I am combining red, white, hot pink, and black in order to coordinate with the Mickey and Minnie Mouse themed birthday party I'm throwing...I know everyone is going to love them!, 03/23/11
