Brooke Mueller parties in Aspen after incident with Charlie Sheen

Brooke Mueller, the wife of actor Charlie Sheen, has had a rough holiday season. Earlier this week reports surfaced that Mueller made a call to the police after Sheen allegedly threatened her with a gun.

On the 911 tape of Mueller's phone call, she reportedly says, "My husband had me with a knife. I was scared for my life and he threatened me."

Police eventually arrived at the scene and booked Sheen with second-degree assault and menacing criminal mischief, according to People.com.

How has the mother of two dealt with the stress and embarrassment of the incident? Celebrity-Gossip.net reports that Mueller has been relaxing and partying in Aspen at posh locations like the Caribou Club, while Sheen stays home in Los Angeles.

The site reports that there were plenty of big-name stars around, including Paris Hilton and Gerard Butler, but witnesses say that Mueller was dressed casually and kept to herself.
