Easter Brunch
Easter is a great time to catch up with family and old friends, so invite them over after mass on Easter Sunday for a family friendly brunch buffet.
Invitations
Let your friends and family know about the party ahead of time by sending our personalized Easter invitations. For a classic spring look try the purple Calla Lilly invites. If you’re looking for fun and playful invitations, use the colorful Easter egg invites. Or, send out joyous cross invitations in pastel pink for a religious touch.
Decorations
Outdoors
If you’re having an Easter egg hunt for the kids, the outside of your house needs to be adorned with Easter bunnies and holiday decorations. Start by placing Easter Bunny lawn signs in your yard. These cute little guys are made of heavy cardboard and come with metal stakes, so they won’t fall over when the kids whiz by on their hunt. Next, drape strands of lantern lights from tree to tree, or on the outside of your gutters. These lights make for a gorgeous decoration even if the sun’s still out.
Hang lavender, pink, yellow and white balloons around the outside of your home. If your party will extend into nighttime, invest in a set of Lumi-Loon balloons.
Make your guests feel welcome to enter your home by hanging a personalized Happy Easter banner in your window and an adorable Easter Bunny wreath on your door.
Indoors
Set up this hilarious Easter Bunny photo prop so people notice it right as they walk in to the party. Be sure to snap Polaroid’s of your friends as the Easter Bunny!
Deck the walls with Easter egg cutouts and decorations. If there are any rooms you don’t want guests going in, shut the door and put up a Happy Easter door cover. Lastly, finish off your Easter decorations by hanging a few Easter egg whirls and pink lanterns from the ceiling.
Dining Décor
Serve the food at your party as a brunch buffet. Decorate your table with a spring inspired table cover and an Easter egg table runner. Place the food on plastic Easter egg serving platters. At the beginning of the buffet line, have a stack of pastel gingham plates and matching cups. Wrap fake silverware in paper napkins and tie them up with yellow or white ribbon. Place the bundles in Easter baskets so guests can easily grab them as they fill up their plates.
Have the adults eat wherever they chose, but set up a designated kids table. Cover the kids table with a purple table cover and decorations from our Easter table top decorating kit.
If your party has more of a religious theme, we have plenty of items to suit your needs. Decorate your tables with Grace table covers, silver star table runners and pink cross confetti. Sip out of joyous blue cups and wipe off your hands with matching napkins.
Entertainment
Keep the little ones entertained by setting up Easter egg tie dye and coloring kits at the kids table. If the thought of little kids spilling dye on your Oriental rug give you anxiety, get an Easter egg piñata instead. To make it easy for you, we even have a bat, mask and candy!
Most importantly, remember to sit back, relax and enjoy good food, nice weather and fantastic friends.
