Theme Party Idea: Color War

Remember back in high school when during 'spirit week', each class level would wear a certain color to show proudly what level of school they were in? Why not resurrect that idea for a party?
A color war party is a fun way to get your friends involved and excited about a party. You can divide your friends into age groups, majors, etc. and tell each group to deck themselves out in their color. Prizes can be rewarded for the most spirited outfit.
