With a new school year comes new teachers and new classmates. Leave a great first impression with the pupil and instructor of the classroom by passing out delicious back to school treats. There is nothing better than the taste of soft, icing topped cookies.
Making a basic circular or rectangular shaped cookie can easily fit your back to school theme with simple icing design using the royal icing. The circular shaped cookie can have the shape of an apple or a world globe iced on the top. The rectangular shaped cookies are the canvas for many simple icing art that involves school. Loose-leaf paper, a book, a box of crayons, a calculator are a few ideas.
When doing this project, remember to making ideas for your icing art that are equal to your skills. You don't want to get stressed over making something too difficult.
