An imprinted Balloon,  High Powered Light Source, Easy fill One Way Valve and attached 6' Ribbon. This item is soooo cool that a patent has been issued and more patents are pending. We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14'' ORANGE Latex Balloon with an ALL AROUND JACK-O-LANTERN imprint, and pre-attached it to a one way valve. Inside the valve are 3 High Powered WHITE L.E.D's that have multi modes: Slow Blink, Fast Blink, or Constant On. Finally, attached to the valve is a 6' white ribbon. Packed in resealable bags of 10 pieces per color. Please order in increments of 1 bag (10 pieces).

Please Note:  The valve on the LUMI-LOON is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply. The patent pending valve creates a very tight seal to stop air from leaking but by doing so prevents the balloon from being inflated by mouth. It can be inflated using a standard bicycle/car inflator. THIS BALLOON CAN NOT BE INFLATED BY MOUTH.
