  They are sold by the dozen (12 hats) for $8.40 a dozen. If you order 24 dozen or more the price per dozen drops to $7.55.

If you rest these hats upside down their crowns, would they stand flat on a table? I am thinking of using them as a "basket" of sorts to fill with miscellaneous fun items.

  I am not sure what measurements you are looking for but here are some general measurements of our neon plastic gangster hats. Our neon plastic gangster hats are approximately 4 1/2 inches tall. the brim is 2 inches and the opening (front to back) measures 7 inches and then (side to side) is 6 inches. Hope this helps!

  Our neon plastic gangster hats are sold by the dozen. There are 12 hats in a dozen but 200 is not eqaully divided by 12 so you would have to order either 17 dozen (17 multiplied by 12 equals 204 individual hats) or 16 dozen (16 multiplied by 12 equals 192 individual hats)

Great hats! Very thin plastic, but that's what you expect for the money. Great for blacklight themed events! They glow FANTASTICALLY in our blacklight room in our retail store, and are inexpensive enough for resale!

I bought these to add lighthearted fun at a birthday party. While They don't fit an adult's head very well and they crush kinda easily, the kids were still entertained by them and it made for a great party. For what i bought them for, I would certainly buy again!
