Q:
I cannot inflate this other than the large peak of the hat. The other spigots are sealed. I was told to use the hose. I have no hose. Even sticking a coffee stirrer in the spigot does not break the seal.

  A:
  The seals are already pre-broken. Many think they are not when they look at them. If you pinch the bottom part of the spigot, it bends in and the opening it revealed. This is there to prevent the air from leaking out after blowing it up and before plugging it. I would suggest going to get them filled at a card store. They generally do that free of charge.
