A friend of mine said that I could've gotten them a lot cheaper at [@], I browsed their site online, they were cheaper except I didn't need 600 pieces of each,which is what their bulk packaging offered, I just needed 200 so the 50/pack offered by Windy City Novelties was more convenient. Also, shipping was incredibly fast.
