I am looking for a specific item that I purchased in a store in the past, and I'm looking for a duplicate item. I have 2 questions, is the flame hard plastic or more of a rubbery substance, and the on off switch, does it push on and off or does it slide on and off? Thanks so much for your time!!!

The flame is a bit "rubbery" and you twist the bottom to turn the light on.
