I'm using these wands in a procession for an ordination by our choristers, ages 5 to 18. The children and their parents are excited. the red wand itself works well for us since it represents the Holy Spirit.

I used the streamer wands at my church for ministering in dance. The wands are very, very sturdy. I really tested them out in my dance. The streamers are also long enough that you can cut them to the size that you need if they are too long. I would change the color of the wand to a more neutral color, for instance maybe black or white, but other than that I would highly recommend these. Everything that I have purchased from Windy City has been great!
