We used the hats as centerpieces for my aunts retirement celebration. She was a police officer for 42 years. We mounted the hats on round mirrors and had balloons floating from behind them. The hats are flimsy so we made cardboard platforms for each of them to sit on. They were a hit. The only problem was that we did not purchase enough because all of the guests wanted to take one home. Thanks.

This was used for a preschoolers themed birthday party...great price for party favor...could not get the wrinkles out from the packaging. Kids still loved them though :)
