I expected the lights on the necklace to be different colors, but they only flashed red. Not a deal breaker for me as everyone loved them! Was pleasantly surprise to see they all worked!

My girlfriend wore this to a santacon event. It kept shutting off after wearing it for a little while - but would turn on immediately once you pressed the on button again. I'm not sure if it was faulty or the on/off button kept getting accidentally pressed.

[...]None of the 12 necklaces worked without major intervention--all batteries had to be replaced. It's a good thing we had extra batteries from a previous order.We use these every Christmas and would like to keep ordering from you, but this was a real time consuming process to get them to work. Would have returned them but it was just a couple of days before the party when we started to work with them--just to check that they were in working order.

Was wearing these (I ordered 3) necklaces at 3 family Christmas parties, first necklace only lasted about 10 minutes, changed batteries but no luck. Second necklace only worked for about 25 minutes and battery change didn't help there either. The third one still works, but I haven't actually worn it for any amount of time.

I hope I just had a bad set of 12. Only 3 actually turned on without any work. For the other 9, the lights would flicker for a moment but not stay on as designed. For 2, I just had to tighten the screw on the battery case. For the others, I inserted some cardboard in the battery casing and that helped tigghten it enough for the lights to work. One I never got to work.
I was very frustrated with the quality, but I didn't want to pay for shipping if I can fix them. You may want to consider another brand or give yourself time for a return if you try them.
