  Yes, it will fit most average size adults heads, young adults and larger children. It can be easily adjusted with a safety pin and secured with bobby pins, too.

I was VERY surprised at the high quality of the hats. Cute Adorable. The grandkids wore them in the Christmas boat parade. I saw hats at [@] and drug stores but poor quality and pricey. I needed these for adult actors in a children's holiday play. I didn't want the typical red/green elf hats and I needed them to fit a variety of sizes. These worked wonderfully! The adults liked them and took them home to personalize them for their play character. I liked the non-traditional colors and the fact that they seem very well made. Good value!
