      These were used at a reception, as table skirt decorations, they are very light weight and ideal for that application. We had originally gotten them to hand out to older folks at the wedding if it was oppressively hot. They would have been pretty flimsy for that application. Especially for mature people of Chinese origin that know what a nicer fan looks like.
