Is the plastic thick that they are printed on? Could they be cut out and hung from a ceiling for decoration?

  It is not thick plastic, they come on one sheet and should be cut out to attach to walls or scene setters. They do not have the rigidity to be hung from the ceiling.

Is each horse 29 inches or is 29 inches all the horses on the sheat? Also is the horse photo and jockey on both sides. Am looking to make a game with them?
