Comments about Kazoos:

I purchased these to use for a wedding instead of having bubbles. The description said small but noisy. More like small and a joke. They cant even make any noise. I called the service department and they said it was more of a novelty instead for use. So why didnt they say that on the description. I do give props for the return. They did not charge a restock fee because of me being unsatisfied and the refund went great.
