    In what sense is this balloon "metallic?" Will it conduct electricity? What is the "metal" that makes it "metallic?" How is it made? Is it a metal covering over plastic?

      A:

      Metallic is a term we use as opposed to "mylar" as "mylar" is a trademark. It is no different than any other foil type balloon you find at the store. It does not conduct electricity.
