Rating I work for a California community college and am constantly looking for ways to save money in our budget. So glad I found Windy City Novelities! Rating We used these to seal 600 ballons that we were using in a balloon drop - they didn't keep the balloons inflated & once the net was full, caused some balloons to pop! I don't recommend these for a balloon drop. We used a 9" balloon.
