Our unique LED Lollipop Balloon can be used as table centerpieces, amazing decorations for New Year's Eve, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16's or Quinceañera's, Weddings, Birthdays, Proms or for your special occasions or holiday celebrations! Push the on/off switch to change the multi-color flashing light modes from fast to slow flash. Please note that the balloon is not waterproof due to the LED light string. Helium- can be used to fill the balloon but it is not recommended as these fun and unique balloons are not designed to float.
