Silver Glitter Top Hat
Great product
We used this for a group celebration party. They were high quality and have a great shine/ glitter on them. They reflect the light well. The don't look cheap, but instead look like a high quality product. After the party everyone wanted to keep their hat., 10/17/13

LOVED THESE HATS!
These hats stood up to 32 kids using them in dress rehearsals and performances. They looked fabulous- without a tearscratch on them. They do drop a little glitter, but not as much as some hats i've seen, 04/07/12
Good economical hats...
I used these for an elementary school show - can't beat the price, only problem was that the glitter kept coming off & getting everywhere -- even after we sprayed them with a clear coating three times!, 03/08/12
